DEADLIEST DAY FOR POLICE OFFICERS SINCE 9/11 Five police officers are dead and six more injured after being shot "ambush-style" in a coordinated sniper attack during a peaceful Black Lives Matter protest in downtown Dallas. One civilian was also wounded. Three suspects are in custody and a fourth has died. President Barack Obama has condemned the attack as "despicable" and called for action on gun control.
