DEMOCRATS FILIBUSTER FOR 15 HOURS FOR GUN CONTROL Led by Chris Murphy -- the senator who represents Newtown -- the Democrats held the floor for nearly 15 hours until claiming victory, saying "leaders had agreed to votes on two measures to close gun-buying loopholes." President Barack Obama is heading to Orlando today to pay his respects to the victims' families. Reports have surfaced that a gun store refused to sell Omar Mateen ammunition and body armor, and what his wife knew remains a big question as the investigation moves forward. [Michael McAuliffe, HuffPost
