'कॉमेडी नाइट्स विथ कपिल' बंद होणार!

टक्के-टोणपे, चिमटे आणि नर्मविनोदी टोलेबाजीनं भरलेला, प्रेक्षकांच्या रात्री 'कलरफुल'
करणारा कपिल शर्माचा लोकप्रिय रिअॅलिटी शो 'कॉमेडी नाइट्स विथ कपिल' आता लोकांची
रजा घेणार आहे. जुलै २०१३ मध्ये कलर्स वाहिनीवर सुरू झालेल्या या शोचा अखेरचा भाग १७
जानेवारी २०१६ला दाखवण्यात येणार आहे.

'कॉमेडी नाइट्स विथ कपिल'ची हुबेहूब कॉपी असलेला 'कॉमेडी नाइट्स बचाओ' हा कार्यक्रम
सध्या 'कलर्स' वाहिनीवर दाखवण्यात येत आहे. आधीच्या शोमध्ये काम करणारे कृष्णा, सुदेश
आणि भारती हेच कलाकार नव्या कार्यक्रमात आहेत. या घडामोडींमुळं नाराज झालेल्या कपिलनं
कॉमेडी नाइट्समधून अंग काढून घेतलं आहे.

याबाबत बोलताना कपिल शर्मा म्हणाला, 'नव्या शोचं नाव आधी 'रोस्ट' असं ठेवण्यात येणार
असल्याचं सांगितल गेलं होतं. मात्र, नंतर नावाची कॉपी करण्यात आली. केवळं नावच नव्हे, तर
आमच्या शोची हुबेहुब नक्कलही करण्यात आली. 'कॉमेडी नाइट्स विथ कपिल'मधील कलाकारच
यात काम करत आहेत. आमच्याच शोमधील सेलिब्रिटी नव्या शोमध्ये दिसतात. आमचा शो प्रचंड
लोकप्रिय आहे. लोकांना त्याची सवय झाली आहे. एकाच वाहिनीवर त्याच-त्याच प्रकारचे शो
असल्यास टीआरपीवर परिणाम होईल, असं मला वाटतं. म्हणूनच आम्ही आमच्या कर्यक्रमाचा
समारोप करणार आहोत.'

अंगावर कपडे न घालता झोपणं, म्हणजेच नग्न झोपणं आपल्या शारीरिक आणि मानसिक आरोग्यासाठी हितकारक ठरू शकतं, हे वाचून थोडं आश्चर्य वाटणं स्वाभाविकच आहे. पण, नग्न झोपणं खूप लाभदायक असल्याचा दावा बड्या अभ्यासकांनी, जाणकारांनीही केला आहे.

काही जणांना बेडरुममध्ये डीम लाइट, झिरोचा बल्ब लावून झोपायची सवय असते. पण, ही चूक करू नका. खोलीत पूर्णपणे अंधार करा. कारण, हा प्रकाशच झोपेतील सगळ्यात मोठा अडथळा ठरू शकतो.

त्यासोबत दोघांच्याही शरीरातील थकवा, टेन्शन निघून ते रिलॅक्स होतात. रक्तदाबही नियंत्रित करण्याचं काम त्याद्वारे होतं.

पुरुष असो वा स्त्री, वृद्ध असो वा तरुण-तरुणी किंवा लहान मुलं... सगळ्यांसाठी विवस्त्र झोपण्याचे एक-दोन नव्हे तर अनेक फायदे आहेत.

विवस्त्र झोपलेल्या पती-पत्नींचा जेव्हा एकमेकांना स्पर्श होतो, तेव्हा शरीरातून 'ऑक्सिटॉसिन' नावाचं संप्रेरक बाहेर पडतं.

म्हणजेच विवस्त्र झोपण्यानं आपलं सौंदर्य खुलू शकतं. पती-पत्नींसाठी तर विवस्त्र झोपणं बऱ्याच अर्थानं फायद्याचं आहे.

पण नग्न झोपण्याचे फायदे सहज मिळणार नाहीत. त्यासाठी तज्ज्ञांनी काही मार्गदर्शक तत्व सांगितली आहेत. त्यातील पहिलं म्हणजे, तुम्ही पूर्णपणे विवस्त्र झोपलं पाहिजे.

अंगावर कपडे नाहीत, म्हणून चादर अंगावर ओढून घेतल्यास काहीच उपयोग होणार नाही. कारण तुमच्या त्वचेला थंड हवेचा स्पर्श व्हायला हवा.

आपण जेव्हा झोपतो तेव्हा आपल्या शरीराचं तापमान कमी होऊ लागतं. अशावेळी अंगावरचे कपडे किंवा पांघरूण आपल्याला ऊब देतं. पण ही झोप 'चैन की निंद' नसल्याचं तज्ज्ञांचं म्हणणं आहे.

शरीराचं तापमान कमी होणं हे सुखाच्या झोपेचं लक्षण मानलं जातं. पण कपडे घालून आपण नेमकं तेच होऊ देत नाही. उलट, विवस्त्र राहून खोलीतील गारवा अनुभवत घेतलेली झोप आपल्याला वेगळ्याच विश्वात घेऊन जाते.
